I think it should be mentioned to the owners that the Veterinarian and or assistant did not cause the pet to be aggressive. They just challenged him outside his comfort zone. I think it would also be important to point out the importance of safety for other people pets around this particular pet, in which a muzzle is a good tool to use during training.
